TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for showing interest in my commissions!
please read this through before ordering.

The reference sheet offered must be unshaded and up to date. If not, i need several references and a clear, unshaded colour palette.

PAYMENT
Payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of me accepting your commission and instructing you to pay. I accept PAYPAL and KOFI through United States Dollars (USD) as currency. I can send invoices upon request if it is more convenient for you.
When paying through PayPal, always send payment via Goods and Services and then under the dropdown menu, select "No address needed/required". This second step is crucial as PayPal will demand me to mail a tracked package to you. Paypal will hold funds from me if this is not selected.DURING THE PROCESS
You as a client have 3 stages of change acceptance
1. during the first(first pass) and second(refinement) phase of the sketch.
2. When the sketch and linework are confirmed there are no more changes.
3. You can ask for changes in the colours of the flatwork up to three times(unless i miss a marking or get something incorrect).If you as a client want changes after the sketching, linework and colouring phase, I can ask for an extra payment fee of my choice as compensation for the extra work.
The client can at the start of the commission provide me with references for posing, mood, light, colours etc.The client has every right to ask for WIPs at any stage of the process but has no say on pose beyond the linework point when confirmed.RULES ABOUT WIPS
You may not keep my WIPS in any way shape or form unless you ask - if you want to colour a sketch for fun, please let me know in advance!
You may share my WIPS with others, please ask me or let me know.
You may in no way shape or form edit my artwork without asking me first.CANCEL AND DECLINES
I am allowed to decline an order if the client mistreats me with no refund.
I am allowed to stop a process for a 50% refund if I see it to be too much for my management - you are free to take my unfinished work to keep/be used as reference for another artist.I will not take commissions for stolen or AI characters; If a character is found to be stolen or AI, the process will be stopped instantly without a refund.
I will not take commissions of explicit or 18+ content from minors. You need to confirm your age when commissioning an 18+ piece.
I am not responsible for anything if you provide me with a false ID or lie about your age when commissioning an 18+ piece. That responsibility falls onto you, the Client.I reserve copyright for all artwork commissioned from me. This means that I will reserve the right to use images commissioned by you as the commissioner on my sites as commission examples and in my personal art portfolio. I use artwork commissioned in portfolios to showcase what I am capable of drawing as an artist and when I am commissioned.You as the commissioner are free to upload the image to sites as you please with credit to me as the artist. This includes sta.sh, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, furaffinity, anywhere else you may keep track of commissioned artwork. You are also allowed to use the image to promote yourself, to promote a group, concept, or project with credit. You may not profit off of the commissioned work of art in itself, such as redistributing merchandise of the artwork for resale.CHARACTER DESIGNS
You may use the design for roleplay / personal stories / etc.
I recommend keeping images watermarked for public characters.Edits
Feel free to edit the design as you'd like! Always credit me as the original designer regardless of the changes.You may edit any designs i make, but do not edit over the original artwork.Selling Rules
Re-Selling: You may resell, trade, or gift the design.
Designs may not be sold for more than what you paid for (unless it contains extra art)
Free/Gift art can add up to the price value, consider if the price of the piece is provided by the original artist.Trades / Gifts: if you obtained any of my designs by trade or gift and want to resell it, the design can only be traded / gifted back, unless there's additional art.
If a person traded / gifted the design to you, but they originally bought the design,
Consider asking them for the original price they bought the design for to be able to resell it.Co-Owning
You may co-own the design with someone else.Referencing / Inspiration
General design rules: You may not copy / steal / color pick / heavily reference any of my designs
Such as using my designs as reference to make your own characters, or copy entire elements of my designs.Species / Twin characters: you are allowed to replicate character markings / colors if you want to create a character related to the design.
However, if you plan on reselling, they must be sold together.
